In the rare event that an incorrect price appears due to a human or technical error, your order will be processed at the correct price and we will notify you promptly.

Free shipping may be available when a minimum order value is reached or during promotional periods. These offers are subject to change without notice.

8. Product Availability & Order Fulfilment

We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. Here is what to expect if there is a stock issue:

Permanently out of stock: If an item is no longer available after your order is confirmed, you will not be charged for it and it will be removed from your invoice.
Temporarily out of stock: We will ship your available items and contact you regarding the rest. As we do not store card details, we may need to request payment again for outstanding items.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and are displayed clearly during checkout. At this time, we offer a single shipping option.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

The Calyx London™ Rewards Program allows eligible customers to earn points on qualifying purchases, redeemable against future orders. The program is available exclusively to licensed nail technicians in the USA purchasing directly through www.calyxnails.com.

Points are not awarded on past transactions and are not applicable to purchases made by Calyx London™ Educators or Affiliates. We reserve the right to remove points or suspend accounts if we identify misuse or abuse of the programme. Full program terms are subject to change without notice.
