Shipping & Returns
We process most orders within 2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday via FedEx Ground to any address in the contiguous United States — excluding P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. Please note that we are closed on weekends and federal holidays.
Returns-
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened item within 15 days of delivery for store credit or a refund.
A few things to keep in mind:
-A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
-Please include a copy of your original receipt or invoice with your return.
-Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
-Return shipping costs are your responsibility — unless we made an error and sent the wrong item, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
-Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return to process your credit or refund.
-Once issued, refunds may take up to 2 additional weeks to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Clearance & Final Sale Items-
All clearance and closeout items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items-
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or defective, contact us right away and we will make it right. Please have your original proof of purchase available when you reach out.
