Return Policy

At Calyx London, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. 

Our 30-Day Promise
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We want you to love what you ordered and if you don't, here's how we handle it. 

Unopened Products 
Any unopened, unused item in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. 

Opened or Partially Used Products 
We understand that sometimes a shade or formula just isn't what you expected once you try it. If you've opened a product and it isn't working for you, we'll offer store credit or an exchange provided:
-The product is at least 75% remaining
-It was purchased directly through calyxnails.com 
-The concern is raised within 30 days of delivery

Quality Issues 
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll replace it or refund you in full. No return required. Just send us a photo within 7 days of receiving your order. 

A Few Things We Can't Accept 
To keep our standards high for every customer, we're unable to process returns on:
-items returned after 30 days 
-Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)
-Items showing excessive use beyond a fair trial 

How to Start a Return 
Email us at hello@calyxnails.com with your order number and reason for return. We typically respond within 1-2 business days and will send you a prepaid return label if applicable.
